Mahjong Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the mahjong platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the mahjong platform in any way, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.
Continued use of the platform after any changes to these terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest applicable conditions.
The mahjong platform may only be used by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the required age and are legally eligible to use online entertainment services under the laws applicable to you.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at any one time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Users who provide false or misleading information may have their accounts closed and any associated balances frozen.
Password Security
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, including any unauthorised activity resulting from your own negligence.

User Responsibilities & Prohibitions
Users of the mahjong platform agree not to engage in any activity that violates Malaysian law, disrupts other users, or compromises the integrity of the platform. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Fraud and manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate the gaming system, exploit software bugs, or use automated software (bots) to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
- Using another person's account: Using an account belonging to another individual, whether with or without their consent, is a serious breach of terms.
- Money laundering: The mahjong platform does not permit its services to be used for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Sharing login credentials: Sharing your username and password with any other party is prohibited, and the account owner bears full responsibility for any risks arising from such disclosure.
- Technical disruptions: Any attempt to hack, disable, or disrupt platform operations through technical means is a serious offence that may result in legal action.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the mahjong platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include TNG eWallet, DuitNow, internet banking via FPX (Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and other local banks), as well as Visa and Mastercard debit cards issued by Malaysian banks.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate. mahjong platform is not liable for transaction delays or failures caused by incorrect information, bank account limits, or technical issues on the payment provider's end.
Fund Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful identity verification. This verification is required for the first withdrawal on each account and may be requested again if account details change. The platform reserves the right to reject or delay withdrawals that raise fraud concerns or do not comply with the relevant bonus terms.
Any funds obtained through fraudulent activity, system exploitation, or breach of these terms will be forfeited and the associated account closed without refund.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limit: mahjong platform is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses incurred by users arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service outages, technical delays, or data loss. The platform's total liability is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding any claim.
Intellectual Property: All content on the mahjong platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of the platform and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without explicit written permission.
Third-Party Links: Where the mahjong platform contains links to third-party websites or services, those links are provided for convenience only. The platform is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Suspension & Closure
Mahjong platform reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time and for any of the following reasons without prior notice:
- Violation of any terms in this document
- Suspected fraud or money laundering activity
- Multiple account registration
- Providing false registration information
- Use of unauthorised software or system exploitation
Users who believe their account has been suspended in error may contact the support team for further review.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Mahjong platform reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via notices displayed on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the mahjong platform shall be resolved in accordance with the procedures and jurisdiction established under applicable Malaysian law. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for any related disputes.
